INVITATION LETTER
The Organizing Committee will provide an Invitation Letter to participants, in case of being requested, to make easier the steps for getting visa and funds.
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
- Sponsor: Less than 4,000.00 USD, which includes that name and logo of the company will be used and displayed in all promotions of the congress.
- Bronze Sponsor: From 4,000 to 7,000 USD, which includes the above, plus the rights to project the company’s advertising spot in the audiovisuals of the event and to present a thematic talk during the conference. Additionally, a courtesy fee is granted for the participation of 2 delegates in the event (includes registration, accommodation and registration materials).
- Silver Sponsor: More than 7,000 and up to 15,000 USD, which includes the above, but with a courtesy fee for the participation of 3 delegates.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES: Although the official languages are Spanish and English, it is requested that slides or oral presentations and posters be prepared in English. The oral presentations are encouraged to be made in English.
Simultaneous translation service will be guaranteed for the opening and closing ceremonies.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS AND FULL TEXT SUBMISSION
Abstracts should be written in English. A template for Abstract is available in the website It is mandatory that at least one of the authors has registered and paid the registration fee.
Use any version of Microsoft Word, Letter size page format with 2.5 cm margins and Times New Roman font with single line spacing. The document should be saved in MS Word (DOC) format or, preferably, in Rich Text Format (RTF). The total space should not exceed one page.
The Title of the Abstract will be set with a font size of 16 points and consists of no more than 20 words.
The name and surname initials of the authors as well as their affiliation must be shown. The font size will be 12 points for the names of the authors and 10 points for the affiliation. Although there is no limit on the number of authors, we would appreciate to include in the Abstract only six authors to facilitate the editing process. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and his/her e- mail must be indicated.
The Abstract body should be up to 250 words without including the title and the names and affiliations of the authors. The font size in this case will be 12 points. The Abstract should briefly reflect the structure of the complete work (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions). Images, tables, formulas, complex symbols or acronyms should not be included in the abstract body. Three to seven keywords will be provided below the Abstract. The intended modality of presentation (Keynote Lecture, Oral presentation or Poster) should be suggested by the author. However, the Scientific Committee will decide the modality of presentation.
Finally, the intention to publish the full text in special issues of the journals Revista CENIC Ciencias Biológicas (ISSN: 2221-2450) or Revista CENIC Ciencias Químicas (ISSN: 2221-2442) should also be indicated.
Abstracts should be sent to the e-mail of each symposium until March 30, 2025.

On the other hand, the full text for publication in special issues of Revista CENIC will not exceed 10 pages and may be presented in Spanish or English. The manuscripts will be subjected to peer review. Full-text manuscripts should be sent to the e-mail of each symposium until June 30, 2025.
Posters: The posters will be electronic and should be prepared using Power Point (16:9) and saved as images in jpg format (1280 x 720 pixels). A template for posters is available in the website.
