Cuba will celebrate from today the IX International Conference on Health Psychology to discuss the novelties that contribute to the development and quality of services in this field.
PsicoSalud 2022 will take place until Friday in this capital, and will be held at the emblematic Hotel Tryp Habana Libre.
The objective is to develop a fluid and broad exchange of ideas on methodological, theoretical and practical aspects of Health Psychology, as a specific discipline, and its link with other specializations and fields of knowledge that have human health as an object of study.
Among the topics to be discussed will be human well-being, quality of life, violence, degenerative diseases, sexuality, addictive disorders, religiosity, alternative therapies, neurosciences, stress, psycho-oncology, psychocardiology, disabilities, psychoanalysis, sports, emergencies and disasters.
